This is a matching service provided by the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. The service allows ministers seeking positions in churches to enter information about themselves, called a profile. As well, churches follow the same process, and create their own profile. Our system then looks for corresponding similarities, and “matches” churches to ministry candidates.
